摘要
从理化性质、混凝效果、生产成本等方面,对深圳市中润水工业技术发展有限公司生产的新型高性能聚氯化铝(NHPAC)产品和国内外的聚氯化铝(PAC)产品进行了综合比较。结果表明,NHPAC产品具有Al2O3含量高[液体和固体产品的A120,含量分别为(23%~25%)、≥45%]、铁含量低(≤40mg/L)、有毒物质含量低、混凝效果好、建厂投资省、物耗和能耗低等显著优点,且其生产过程中无废水、废气和废渣产生。NHPAC产品的开发有利于生活饮用水的卫生安全,亦有利于水处理药剂生产和应用中的节能减排。
The comprehensive comparison between a new and high-performance polyaluminium chloride (NHPAC) produced by Shenzhen Zhongrun Water Industry Technology Development Co. Ltd. and domestic and foreign products of polyaluminium chloride (PAC) was conducted in aspects of physi-cochemical characteristics, coagulation effect, production cost and so on. The results show that NHPAC products have advantages of high Al2O3 ( liquid : 23% to 25%, solid :≥45% ), low Fe ( ≤ 40 mg/L) low toxic substance, high coagulation effect, less investment and low material and energy consumption. The production process of NHPAC has no wastewater, waste gas and solid wastes. The development of NHPAC is suitable for the security of drinking water and energy reduction in production and applications of water treatment chemicals.
