摘要
利用自主研发的高效混合器,在含水率为86.0%的脱水污泥中分别添加5%、7%、10%、12%、15%的石灰,测定搅拌5min并晾晒24~120h后污泥含水率和重金属形态的变化,结果表明:添加不同比例的石灰后,自然晾晒24~120h的污泥含水率均呈线性下降,实现了快速干化的目的。添加5%、7%、10%、12%、15%的石灰后,残渣态的Pb含量变化不大,有机结合态的含量则略有增加;酸可提取态的cd、cu、zn含量均显著降低,而铁锰氧化态、有机结合态和残渣态的含量增加;添加不同比例的石灰对污泥含水率及重金属钝化效果的灰色关联度排序为:(5%=15%)〉(7%=10%=12%)。因此,为达到快速干化和钝化重金属活性的目的,以添加7%的石灰最为经济有效。
In an independently developed efficient mixer, 5%, 7%, 10%, 12% and 15% of lime were added into dewatered sludge with 86.0% moisture content, and the changes of moisture content and heavy metal speciation after 5 min mixing and 24 h to 120 h natural drying were determined. The results show that after adding different proportions of lime, the moisture content has a linear decline to achieve a rapid drying after 24 h to 120 h natural drying. The content of Pb in residual form does not change, and that in organic form is slightly increased. The contents of Cd, Cu, and Zn in acid-extractable form are significantly decreased, and those in iron-manganese oxide form, organic form and residual form are increased. The grey correlation order of moisture content and heavy metal passivation efficiency by adding different proportions of lime is 5% = 15% 〉 7% = 10% = 12%. So, in order to achieve rapid drying and metal activity passivation, adding 7% lime is the most cost-effective.
