5-HTTLPR与早期婴儿的消极情绪及自我调节的关联

Association between 5-HTTLPR and negative emotion and self-regulation in infants

摘要 为探索气质是否受到遗传基因的影响,考察了5-羟色胺转运体基因启动子区的44bp片段的插入/缺失多态性(5-HTTLPR)与婴儿的消极情绪及自我调节的关系.通过在观察室中给婴儿呈现不同的视觉刺激和听觉刺激,测查6个月婴儿的消极情绪以及自我调节.采用成熟的聚合酶链式反应(ploymerase chain reaction,PCR)对5-HTTLPR基因多态性进行基因分型.方差分析表明5-HTTLPR与婴儿的消极情绪无关,而与婴儿的自我调节显著相关,并且受到性别的调节. To examine the effect of a specific gene on early infant temperament,the present study investigated the effect of a functional polymorphism in the promoter region of the serotonin transporter gene (5-HTTLPR) on negative emotion and self-regulation in 280 6-month-old infants.Negative emotion and self-regulation were examined while positive and negative stimuli were presented to infants during laboratory observation.Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to determine the 5-HTTLPR genotype.The results indicated that negative emotion was not associated with 5-HTTLPR.However,self-regulation in infants was significantly associated with 5-HTTLPR,and moderated by gender.
