摘要
家政服务员的权益侵害主要体现在拖欠工资、工作超时、食宿得不到保证、人格尊严受损、休息休假权被剥夺、缺乏社会保障等方面。然而,现行法律法规及政策在保障家政服务业妇女权益方面存在严重缺失,没有合理、统一的家政服务标准,缺乏为她们提供帮助的组织和相关政策。针对现行相关法律法规及政策的缺失,应完善相关法律制度,制订统一的家政服务管理条例,并构建家政服务业妇女权益保护的政策体系,以全面保护家政服务员的合法权益,促进家政服务业健康有序发展。
Infringement of the rights of housekeepers mainly arises from payment in arrears, overtime work, unguaranteed residence and food, injury to personality and dignity, deprival of the rights to rest and holidays, and lack of social guarantee, etc. However, the current laws, regulations and policies have failed to establish a reasonable and uniform standard for the proteetion of the rights of female housekeepers. Nor have any organizations been set up to help them. To comprehensively protect the housekeepers＇ rights and facilitate the orderly and healthy development of family service, a uniform regulation should be enacted and a proper frame of relevant policies should be structured.
