摘要
基于远程在线监测故障诊断的基本原理和方法。简介了故障机组的基本情况,针对机组振动出现双稳态行为的异常情况,提出了有效的维修建议,经生产验证取得了良好的效果。
This paper has briefly introduced the basic situation of the fault units based on basic principle and method of the remote online monitoring fault diagnosis.According to the abnormal situation of bi-stable state occurred in units vibration,the effective maintenance suggestion has been pointed out and the achieved good effect has been verified with production.
