摘要
介绍了我国农产品地理标志保护的主要系统,分析了中国猕猴桃的地理标志知识产权的保护现状,并提出了若干建议。
The major systems for protection of geographical indication of agricultural products in China were introduced.Then,the present protection situation of geographical indications intellectual property rights for the kiwifruit resources in China was analyzed,and some corresponding suggestions were put forward.
