摘要
随着我国罗非鱼出口欧盟数量的增加,欧盟对我国出口的罗非鱼质量安全标准更加严格,研究和掌握欧盟的水产品安全卫生标准,比较我国国家标准与欧盟的差距,分析欧盟水产品安全卫生标准对我国罗非鱼出口的影响,提出企业和政府的应对措施,将有助于提高我国罗非鱼的质量安全,增加罗非鱼出口欧盟的数量。
With the increase of export amount of Chinese tilapia to European Union（EU）,EU has made more strict standards about safety and hygiene for Chinese exported tilapia.In order to improve the quality safety of Chinese tilapia and increase the export amount of Chinese tilapia to EU,the safety and hygiene standards of aquatic products of EU were studied and grasped,the disparity between Chinese standards and EU＇s standards was compared,and the impact of safety and hygiene standards of aquatic products of EU on the export of Chinese tilapia was analyzed,then the countermeasures were put forward.
