摘要
随着养殖密度的增加,养殖环境发生变化,水产动物重大疾病的暴发频率越来越高。水产疫苗不仅可以有效地预防这些疾病,也是目前解决病毒病问题的唯一特效手段。在查阅大量养殖文献和成果的基础上,对我国水产疫苗的的研究现状,包括水产疫苗的分类、接种方式及我国常见的水产疫苗进行了综述,提出了我国水产疫苗的发展建议。
With the increase of breeding density and the deterioration of the aquacultural environment,the major diseases of aquatic animals outbreak in higher and higher frequency.Aquatic vaccine will not only guard against these diseases effectively,but also be the only effective means to solve the problem of virus disease at present.Based on the investigation of mass literatures of aquiculture and developed achievements,the status quo of study on aquatic vaccine in China,which including classification of vaccine,the method of inoculation and some common aquatic vaccine in China were summarized.Then,the suggestions for development of vaccine in Chine had been proposed.
