摘要
为了探明不同收获期对春大豆产量及品质的影响,2009年在湖南农业大学教学试验基地进行了收获期试验。结果表明:收获期对春大豆蛋白质、脂肪含量无显著影响,对百粒重、单株产量及种子的发芽势和发芽率有显著影响。鼓粒后期收获的籽粒百粒重、单株产量显著低于完熟期、成熟期和黄熟期,完熟期、成熟期和黄熟期之间无显著差异;成熟期收获的种子的发芽势和发芽率显著高于其它收获时期,黄熟期次之,鼓粒后期收获的种子的发芽势和发芽率最低。
To investigate the influences of different harvest periods on yield and quality of spring soybean,a test of harvest period was conducted at the teaching base of Hunan Agricultural University in 2009.The results showed that harvest period had little influence on the content of protein and fat of spring soybean,but a great influence on the 100-seed weight,the single plant yield,the germination potential and the germination rate of seeds.The 100-seed weight and the single plant yield of seeds harvested at the late feed-filling stage are significantly lower than that of seeds harvested at the stage of full-ripe,ripening and yellow-ripe,while there were no significant differences among full-ripe stage,ripening stage and yellow-ripe stage;germination potential and germination rate of seeds harvested at ripening stage were obviously higher than that of seeds harvested at the other stages,that of seeds harvested at yellow-ripe stage take second place,while that of seeds harvested at late feed-filling stage take the lowest level.
