基于石材保护二氧化硅涂料的制备 被引量:2

Preparation of Silica Coatings for Conservation of Historic Stones Sculptures

摘要 利用超声辅助,在碱性条件下正硅酸乙酯水解和缩合制备了二氧化硅涂料。运用FT-IR、SEM、EDX等分析手段对二氧化硅涂料处理的石材进行表征,并对其耐酸性能进行了研究。结果表明:二氧化硅粒子直径大约为200 nm,渗透进石材的孔隙中,对石材的孔隙有较好的填充保护作用。耐酸性能评价显示二氧化硅涂料处理的石材具备一定的耐酸性能。 The silica coatings were prepared by hydrolysis of tetraethylorthosilicate in ammonium hydroxide using ultrasonication as aid. The limestones treated with silica coatings were characterized by FT- IR, SEM and EDX. The results showed that the particles of SiO2 with diameter about 200 nm and its acid resistance was tested can penetrate into the pores of stone to provide filling and protection. The protective performance evaluation of the SiO2 coatings treated stones indicated its acid rain resistance.
