摘要
以二茂铁和4-碘苄醇为起始原料,合成一种新的二茂铁巯酯化合物,利用电化学方法进行还原水解,使其自组装修饰在金电极表面.实验结果表明:利用电化学还原,可以将二茂铁巯酯化合物还原为巯基化合物,并在金电极表面形成自组装膜.在空白溶液中,修饰电极的峰电流随扫速线性变化.表面覆盖量为3.77×10-10mol·cm-2,是单分子层吸附数量级.
A new ferrocenylthioester was designed and synthesized by using ferrocene and 4-Iodobenzyl alcohol as starting materials.Ferrocenylthioester was reduced by electrochemical method.The experiments results indicated that electrochemical reduction was an effective method to prepare ferrocenylthiol from ferrocenylthioester,and SAM of ferrocenylthiol on Au electrode could be obtained.The current of the self-assembled modified electrode had a linear scaling with the scan rate in the blank solution.And Γ0 = 3.77 × 10-10 mol·cm-2,typical monomolecular layer,was obtained.
