基于EFSHD的船体三维结构设计

摘要 随着CAD/CAM技术在船舶工业的广泛应用,船舶数字化在飞速发展,沪东中华造船集团自主研发的HD-SHM软件系统已被许多大中型造船厂和船舶设计所广为运用。本文以某船体分段为例,详细描述了利用HD-SHM的子系统EFSHD对其进行三维设计的过程,包括外板、甲板板及其内部骨架的三维设计。本文的研究结果对船体三维结构设计有一定的实际指导意义,船体的三维设计过程也为广大软件工作者提供了一个学习交流的平台。 With the CAD/CAM technology used in shipbuilding ship industry extensivly. Ship digitized is booming. A number of large and medium shipyards and ship design have widely used the HD-SHM, which is independent innovated by Hudong- Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Company Ltd. This paper has summarized the process of how to use EFSHD to design 3D structure of the hull, including the outer plate, deck plate and the internal framing. The results of this research have certain actual guiding significance on the design of three-dimensional structure of the hull. And the process of the 3D design provides a high efficiency platform for the general software worker.
