摘要
高密度养殖的鱼塘客户遇到非计划停电会遭受重大损失，甚至引发社会不稳定因素，对供电企业形象造成影响。鱼塘客户停电风险防范机制是基于营配一体化系统，运用信息化技术，通过事前防范、事中处理、事后跟进来降低停电对鱼塘客户的影响。
For high-density fishery customers, unplanned power outages can cause significant loss, and even lead to social instability and impacts on the power supply company＇s image. Risk prevention mechanism of power failure for fishery customer is based on the integration system of marketing and distribution. It uses information technology, through the advance prevention, handling during and after the process to reduce the impact of power cuts on the fishery customer.
