培养外语拔尖国际化人才初探——双超常教育与积极心理健康教育并举 被引量:4

A Probe into the Cultivation of Tiptop Internationalized Foreign-Language Talents——Attaching Equal Importance to Double Supernormal Education and Positive Mental Health Education

摘要 培养外语拔尖国际化人才是重点高等外语院校的时代使命。历史经验教训表明,培养拔尖人才一是要有先进理念和捷径,一是要塑造积极的心态。为此,本文提出:(1)"超常潜能超常发挥"的双超常教育,为外语拔尖国际化人才学业有成提供先进理念和科学途径;(2)奠基幸福有成人生的积极心理健康教育,为外语拔尖国际化人才心理成长保驾护航。 The cultivation of tiptop internationalized foreign-language talents is the contemporary mission of key foreign-language institutions of higher learning. According to historical experience, the cultivation of tiptop talents needs both an advanced theory and the creation of positive psychology. Therefore, this article comes up with the following ideas: (1) The double supemormal education, which means bringing "supemormal potentials" into "supernormal play," provides an advanced idea and a scientific approach for tiptop internationalized foreign- language talents in their academic achievements. (2) Positive mental health education, which helps them lay a good foundation for their happy and successful life, escorts them in their psychological growth.
