实施“唤醒教育” 塑造学生积极心态——孟万金积极心理健康教育在职教创新中的运用 被引量:8

Helping Students to Create Positive Psychology Through the "Wake-up Education"——the Application of Prof. Meng Wanjin-led Positive Mental Health Education in Vocational Schools

摘要 在积极心理健康教育理念的指导下,舒兰市职业高中实施了"唤醒教育",提出了"自我约束、情感拉动、典型引导、激励改正、设计目标"二十字方针。具体措施有:(1)创建实施"唤醒教育"环境,让"唤醒教育"理念根植于师生的内心;(2)把握"唤醒教育"与具体工作的结合点,绽放"唤醒教育"爱的火焰。"唤醒教育"取得了显著成效:(1)消除了大批学生的自卑心理,树立了他们的自信心,激发了他们"重新再来"的勇气和学习兴趣;(2)增强了"爱和责任"意识。(3)唤醒教育的实施消除了社会上对职业高中的疑虑。 Under the guidance of the theory of positive mental health education, the Shulan City Vocational High School has conducted the "wake-up education" and raised the guiding principle of "self-restraint, emotional pull, guidance by models, correction through motivation, and target designing." The specific measures are as follows: (1) creating an environment of "wake-up education"; and (2) building an appropriate connection between the "wake-up education" and the specific work. As a result, the "wake-up education" has achieved the following remarkable results: (1) eliminating a large number of students' inferiority complex, helping them establish their self-confidence, and inspiring them with the courage to "start afresh" and the interest in learning; (2) enhancing their sense of "love and responsibility"; and (3) removing social doubts as to vocational high schools.
