全方位、全过程、全面渗透、全员参与——积极心理健康教育在北京市第十九中学的实践

All-round Participation and Full Penetration——The Practice of Positive Mental Health Educationat the Beijing No.19 High School

摘要 积极心理健康教育理念对中小学心理健康教育工作有重要的指导作用。北京市第十九中学将积极心理健康教育提升到学校战略的高度,大力推进积极心理健康教育,取得了一定成绩。本文总结了该校在不同阶段开展积极心理健康教育工作的经验,并对进一步在普通中学实施积极心理健康教育提出了设想。 The theory of positive mental health education plays a significant role in the mental health education at primary and secondary schools. The Beijing No. 19 High School, which views positive mental health education as one of the school strategies, has been vigorously pushing forward the theory throughout the entire school and has achieved considerable results. This article sums up the experience in the school' s practice of positive mental health education at different stages, and gives suggestiom on the further practice of positive mental health education at ordinary high schools.
