摘要
增殖和转移是肿瘤重要的恶性生物学行为,也是影响肿瘤治疗及愈后复发的主要因素。它们是由多个相关基因共同作用的结果。在我国子宫颈癌患病率位于妇科肿瘤第一位,严重影响了我国妇女的健康。近年来与肿瘤增殖和转移相关基因的研究已成为热点。本文就有关与宫颈癌增殖和转移相关基因方面的研究做一综述。
Proliferation and Metastasis is an important malignancy biological behaviour of neoplasms,it is also the main factor that influence neoplasms in treatment and relatpse.They are the result of multiple related gene which effect by each other.In our country,the prevalence of cervical cancer located the first place in Gynecologic Neoplasms,it is seriously affected women’s health of china.Recenty,The neoplasms related gene research of Proliferation and Metastasis becomes hot point.This article offers a review on researchs which refer to the related gene of Proliferation and Metastasis in cervical cancer.
