摘要
电阻率是电解质溶液一个重要的性质参数,通过测量,可以间接地获知待测溶液的性质,成分等相关参数,从而为科学研究或实际生产提供重要的参考依据。介绍了一种以交流信号为激励源,通过变压器将激励信号输入到待测溶液中,并利用环形电极的均匀电流分布,均匀导热等特性对信号进行传递和采集,然后经过放大与AD637芯片的转换处理得到溶液的电阻率信号。实验测试与数据处理结果表明,该液体电阻率的测定电路具有可靠性强,误差比较小,满足应用实际的需求。
Resistivity is an important performance in the electrolyte solution parameters.By measuring it,we can indirectly deduce the property of the liquid,composition and other important parameters.The measurement of resistivity can provide an important reference value in the scientific research or actual production.This article introduces a kind of AC signal as the excitation source.The excitation signal through the transformer transmission into the tested liquid,and take advantage of ring electrode to transmit and collect signal with counterpoise current distribution and thermal conductivity and other properties,then obtains the liquid resistivity signal after the amplified and AD637 chip's transformation processed.Through tested,the circuit of liquid resistivity has regarded as high reliability and high precision,simple operation and so on.
