摘要
笔者利用百度试验法研究了火力楠的木材干燥特性,结果表明:火力楠属易干木材,干燥速度2级,较快;截面变形程度轻,为1～2级,1级居多;初期开裂数量中等,裂纹的长度、宽度均较小,判定为3级;弦径向干缩差异不大。并参照百度试验缺陷等级以及干燥缺陷对应的干燥条件制定了25～30mm厚火力楠木材干燥基准。
Drying characteristics of Michelia macclurei Dandy were investigated and analyzed by using 100℃test method.The results showed that：Michelia macclurei Dandy wood was easy to dry with drying speed being grade 2（faster）;the degree of cross-section deformation was light（being grade 1 or 2 and grade 1 in the majority）.The numbers of initial check were of middle degree with the length and width of fissure being small,so could be judged to grade 3;the difference between in tangential shrinkage and in radial shrinkage was small.With reference to the defects level specified in 100℃test method and relevant drying conditions to be adopted corresponding to the defects,a drying schedule for 25～30mm thick Michelia macclurei Dandy lumber drying was drawn up.
