摘要
如何实现经济增长?这并不是一个可以找到确定答案的问题。在人类社会发展的不同阶段,经济增长呈现出的具体机制也不相同。文章运用历史分析方法,以人类生产能力发展为线索,考察了经济增长机制演进的三个阶段,即最早出现的供给约束下的经济增长,到工业化以来出现的需求约束下的经济增长,再到目前出现环境约束下的经济增长。这三个阶段的经济增长并不是相互超越,而是按照发展的逻辑递进地包容的。这表明经济增长机制演进是一个由简单到复杂的过程。
How can economic growth be realized？ This is a question without definite answer.At different stages of social development,economic growth is embodied in different mechanism.This article adopts a historical analyzing method,observes the three stages of economic growth with the clue of the development of human productive ability,that is,the earliest growth with restrain of supply,the growth with restrain of demand after industrialization,and the present growth with the restrain of environment.These three developments do not surpass each other but succeed each other with a developmental logic.This shows the evolution of economic growth is a process from simple state to complicated one.
