氮化硼粉末静电自动化喷涂技术在铝型材挤压上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 传统的铝型材挤压模具的润滑采用炭黑和石墨作为润滑剂,炭黑和石墨喷火装置的结构复杂,体积庞大,制造成本高,安装不方便,特别是对环境和产品污染严重。氮化硼具有极好的润滑性能和高温稳定性,在铝型材挤压操作过程中,可以将氮化硼喷涂在挤压杆端部的固定挤压垫端部,能在高温作业中展现突出的润滑效果,降低挤压型模具的摩擦力。同时氮化硼为环保材料,采用氮化硼润滑剂可以显著改善工厂的工作环境和最终产品的洁净度。 The traditional lubricant of aluminum extrusion die is black carbon and graphite and the serious disadvantage of this lubricant is polluting environment and product, in addition the applying equipment to be used for the lubricant is complex configurative, huge body, high cost and difficult to mount. The boron nitride possesses excellent lubricating property and high temperature stability. The boron nitride can be electrostatic painted on the block mounted on the extrusion shaft during extruding. It presents outstanding lubrication effect at high temperature working condition and reduces the friction of the die. Meanwhile boron nitride is environmental material and it can improve the quality of the environment and the surface of the extrusions evidently.
