摘要
在实际英语写作教学中,我们会关注在不同二语写作水平的学生中实行同侪反馈活动的可行性问题。本文旨在探讨根据学生的不同水平、不同分组类型对EFL学生的同侪反馈活动以及作文修改效果的影响。本项研究的数据来自于非英语专业4个平行班中48个学生的作文、反馈活动、问卷调查和访谈记录。结果表明:不同类型的分组的确会影响同侪反馈的效果和学生对待同侪反馈的态度。同侪反馈虽然在不同分组情况下都产生有效影响,但是提高程度有高有低,而且不同小组的学生对此活动的态度也有很大出入。
The current study investigated the effects of peer feedback in varying types of groups on ESL students'writing quality and revisions.The 48 subjects involved in the study were second-year college students from four parallel classes.They were divided,based of their English writing proficiency,into four types of groups in which planned peer feedback was conducted.The study made the following major findings:peer feedback in different dividing-group type did make some influence on the effect of peer feedback and on the subjects'attitudes towards it;the results of data analyses in these kinds of groups showed that peer feedback worked and was valid in these kinds of groups;but in the respect of the extent of improving writing quality,the effects of peer feedback in different groups were different;and students in different groups expressed their very different attitudes towards the composition of their groups and the peer feedback activity in their groups.
