金属支架置入治疗结肠癌并发肠梗阻15例疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨内镜引导下金属内支架置入治疗结肠癌并发肠梗阻的临床效果。方法15例直肠和乙状结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者，采用经内镜引导下置入金属内支架治疗，观察临床治疗效果。结果15例患者中一次金属支架置入成功13例，于24h内肠梗阻症状缓解；二次置入支架获得成功2例。结论经内镜引导下置入金属支架治疗结肠癌并发肠梗阻是安全、经济和有效的方法，具有较高的成功率。
