摘要
针对马钢CSP轧机工作辊不均匀磨损严重影响了带钢板形的问题,对CSP轧机F3~F4的磨损辊形进行了分析,指出了使用高速钢轧辊的必要性。针对高速钢轧辊的使用条件进行了大量的试验,通过分析现场的生产数据如轧制力、轧辊温度及轧辊表面氧化膜,制定了马钢CSP投入高速钢轧辊的使用工艺,并实现了该工艺条件下的长期稳定使用,通过现场实绩表明,使用高速钢轧辊大大改善了工作辊在线不均匀磨损,提高了热轧带钢的板形质量。
Based on the strip quality problem which is seriously affected by the uneven wear of work rolls in Masteel CSP,this paper analyzes the work rolls' uneven wear of F3~F4 stand,and points out the necessity of using high speed steel rolls.A lot of tests and researches have been carried out on the use of high speed steel rolls,while the roll force,roll temperature and oxide film have been analyzed according to the actual data.The process of using high speed steel rolls has been formulated on the basis of a large number of field tests in Masteel CSP,and it achieves long-term stability under this using process conditions.Through the effects of using high speed steel rolls,it has greatly improved the work rolls' uneven wear and the strip quality.
