摘要
干旱是一个世界性问题。前人已在许多方面对作物抗旱性进行了探讨,如作物适应干旱的机理,作物的形态结构及生理代谢与抗旱性的关系,并提出了评价抗旱性的指标,有的研究已对有关抗旱性状的遗传进行了分析。但是现有研究结果多数是针对某个方面进行的单项机理研究,并且未能联系作物产量进行分析,使研究结果有一定的局限性。建议把产量作为抗旱性的重要指标,通过分子生物技术筛选抗性基因,为尽快提高作物抗旱性提供选择依据和物质基础。
Drought is a global problem. Predecessors have explored crop drought resistance from different angles, such as mechanism of crop adaptation to drought, relationships between crop morphology, physiological metabolism and drought resistance, index for evaluation drought resistance, genetic analysis on some related drought resistance traits. However, there are limitations about abovementioned results because most of them came from individual trait and, moreover, failed to integrate the trait with crop yield. It is suggested that yield should be taken as an important index of crop drought resistance, and drought resistant genes be selected by molecular biological technique so as to provide reliable basis and materials or genes for improving crop drought resistance.
