摘要
建立了区域科技综合实力评价指标体系，为找出科技发展中的差距和存在问题，探讨科技、经济、社会协调发展的途径，应用综合指数评价模型对河南等11个省（市）的科技综合实力进行了实证分析．
An index system for the synthetic evalustion of regional scientific and technical strength was set up to find the gaps and problems existing in the develoopment of science and technology and to studythe approach to the Coordinated development of scienc, echnolopgy,economy and society. The positive analysis were made by the synthetic index evaluation model for the synthetic scientific and technial strength of Henar Province and other 10 pmvincial region.
