摘要
采用室内水插枝法和室外自然沉降法研究了27种植物挥发性分泌物的杀菌效果及其减轻空气微生物污染的作用.结果表明,27种供试植物的挥发性分泌物均具有杀菌能力;杀菌效果大于40%的占供试植物的66.67%,且不同种类植物种间的杀菌效果差异达权显著水平(F=22.36>F0.01=1.94,其中杀菌效果较好的有7种.对郑州市12个采样点进行聚类分析,将之分为3大绿化类型区;各绿化类型区的空气微生物含量随季节变化呈明显的动态变化规律,该规律与植物生长及挥发性物质分泌的季节变化一致;其空气微生物含量与该区绿化植物的杀菌效果及其郁闭度是极显著的负相关(r杀=-0.8779,r郁=-0.8336),与人流量呈正相关r人=0.6630),与车流量呈显著的正相关(r车=0.6877).
By using the methods of Inserting - branch in water and Natulal sediment in door,the disinfection of volatile aseretion of 27 plants and their application to decreasing the microorganism content in the air had been studied in this paper. The results showed that the volatile secretion of each tested plant had disinfectant effects;66.67% of all tested plants had the disinfection which exceeded 40%. Variance analysis showed that the disinfection of the tested plants was hidly significant and 7 plants had better disinfection. 12 Sample districts in Zhengzhou were classified into three groups of afforested districts based on the systematic cluster analysis. The microorganism content in the air in each group expressed obvious dynamic variations with were consistent with the plants' growth and theseasonal laws of volatile secretion. The correlation analysis indicated that the microorganism the air in all afforested districts were negatively correlated with the desinfection (r_d= - 0. 877 9)andCanopy density (r_c = - 0.833 6) Of plants, but positively correlated with the flow of people (r_p =0.6630)and vehicles(r_v = 0. 687 7).
