重组人表皮生长因子作用于糖尿病溃疡动物模型的实验研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)作用于糖尿病溃疡动物模型创面的疗效。方法建立糖尿病溃疡动物模型,随机分为凡士林纱布组和重组人表皮生长因子组,动态观察凡士林纱布和重组人表皮生长因子对溃疡面积、愈合时间及动态愈合率的影响。结果重组人表皮生长因子组溃疡的面积变化、愈合时间及动态愈合率与凡士林纱布组相比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论重组人表皮生长因子可以显著促进糖尿病溃疡创面的愈合。
