摘要 重金属镉可使小麦幼苗细胞膜透性增大,根系活力下降,MDA积累增加,SOD,POD活性上升,且POD活性上升更为显著.这些变化都与镉浓度呈正相关.向镉胁迫溶液中加入Zn^(2+),10^(-3)mol·L^(-1),能使镉毒害引起的生理生化变化得以不同程度的恢复,Cd^(2+),10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)的毒害基本可以完全解除,Cd^(2+),10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)毒害能被绝大部分解除,但对Cd^(2+),10^(-3)mol·L^(-1)毒害的解除效果较差,根系活力只能恢复至对照的60%. Cadrnium, a heavy metal, could increase the permeability of plasma membrane of wheat seedling and the MDA accumulation. It reduced the root activity. The activities of SOD and POD were increased and the activity of POD was increased mere significantly. These .These changes and the Cadmium concentration were positively correlated. When Zn2+, 10-3 mol·L-1 was added into Cd2+ stressed solution,the physiol - chemical changes caused by CD2+ toxic could be restored to defferent degrees. Cd2+, 10-5 mol ·L-1 toxic could be resolved totally and Cd2+, 10-4 mol·L-1 toxic could be resolved mostly. But the resolution effect of CD2+ 10-3 mol·L-1 toxic was not The root activity could be restored to only 60% of that of the contrast.
