摘要
对粒重不同的2个纯合稳定普通玉米自交系和2个爆裂玉米自交系及各自间正、反交4个杂交组合杂交当代的子粒灌浆特性研究结果表明：（1）各组合杂交当代的百粒重均高于母本自交系，超母本优势均为正值，平均及超父本优势依父、母本粒重的相对大小不同而异；（2）不同部位子粒百粒重均表现为下部＞中部＞上部，且授粉后20d差异较小，之后差异较大；（3）灌浆速率的高低和有效灌浆期的长短是导致不同材料及不同部位子粒百粒重差异的主要原因；（4）杂交当代的百粒重与其父母本均呈极显著正相关，但与母本的相关系数较大．
The research on the grain filling characteristics of 2 normal, 2 popcorn pure inbred lines and their 4 F0 crosses showed that: (1 ) the 100- grain weight of all the F0 crosses was greater than their femal parents. The over -female parent heteroses were all positive, but the mid parent and over - male parent ones changed according to the relative train weights of their two pents. (2) The F0's 100grain weights were positively correlated with their two parents significantly. (3) The 100 - grain weights of the defferent ear parts were the basal > the middle > the apical part,and their differences were small on 20 days ther pollination, and then big. (4) The grain filling rate and effective grain filling period were the main direct reasons which led to the grain weight differences between materials and ear parts.
