摘要
63例ROU患者随机分成2组,试验组31例用乌体林斯、口腔溃疡药膜联合治疗,对照组32例仅用口腔溃疡药膜治疗。观察并比较2组用药后溃疡数目,溃疡复发间歇时间。63例中复诊55例。近期疗效:试验组总间歇时间延长,P<0.05;总溃疡数减少,P<0.05。远期疗效:试验组全部病例显效,其中6例痊愈。乌体林斯用于治疗ROU疗效肯定,使用安全。
63 patients with recurrent oral ulcer（ROU）were divided randomly into 2 groups.Combination therapy of Utilins injection with local application of oral ulcer film were used in 31 patients in experimental group,oral ulcer film was used in 32 patients in control group.55 of the 63 patients were followed up for 1 year.6 months and 1 year after treatment the patients in experimental group showed longer total interval time and fewer total ulcer number（P〈0.05）.
