摘要
探讨洗牙防护套的密封性,为临床应用提供试验依据。洁牙机手机戴防护套和不戴防护套分别在5%葡萄糖溶液中震荡5、15、30min后,测定洁牙机手机外壳表面残存的葡萄糖量,结果表明,不戴防护套者为戴防护套者的14倍(0.05>P>0.01),18倍(0.05>P>0.01)和13倍(P<0.01)。洗牙时戴用防护套可使洁牙机手机表面的污染明显地降低,对患者的防护具有积极意义。
Dental ultrasonic scaler protecting cover was made of latex rubber.Handsets of EMS and GreatSTAR ultrasonic scalers were covered with the protecting cover respectively.The Handsets with and without the cover were put into 5% glucose solution and shaked for 5,15 and 30 minutes respectively(n=10)by the corresponding ultrasonic scaler with the power of "grade 8".Then the residual amount of pure glucose on the scaler shell of the hardsets was determined by GOD-POD assay.The results showed that the residual amount of pure glucose on the scaler shell of the hardsets without wearing the protecting cover were 14,18 and 13 times more than that of the corresponding hardsets with the cover at 5,15 and 30 minutes respectively after shaking(P〉0.01).Dental ultrasonic scaler protecting cover may be used to protect the dental ultrasonic scalers from contamination in clinical application.
