摘要
对中间普氏菌在慢性牙周炎发病中的作用机制进行了综述。中间普氏菌通过向牙周组织黏附和定植、直接侵袭口腔组织细胞、促进炎性细胞因子的释放、干扰宿主免疫反应、促进骨吸收、抑制骨形成等作用而参与牙周炎的发生发展。
The pathogenesis of Prevotella intermedia in chronic periodontitis was reviewed in this article.Prevotella intermedia plays important roles in the initiation and development of chronic periodontitis through adherence to and colonization in the host,direct invasion of host tissues,enhancement of proinflammatary cytokines release,interference with host immune mechanism,promotion of bone resorption and inhibition of bone formation.
