摘要 目的:评价金骨威骨粉用于骨增量手术植骨的可行性,对临床应用提出指导意见。方法:通过在临床患者中使用金骨威骨粉混合自体骨或Bio-Oss骨粉作为植骨材料,同期或延期植入CDIC种植体后对其临床效果进行随访观察。结果:共计病例6例,8个植骨区,植入种植体16枚,完成修复16枚,病例随访3.33~4.75年,87.5%(14/16)的种植体达到临床成功标准。结论:在骨增量手术中使用金骨威同自体骨粉混合或同Bio-Oss骨粉混合使用作为植骨材料是可行的。 Objectives:To evaluate the feasibility of the use of Jin-gu-wei(JGW)in bone augmentation surgery.Methods:Sinus augmentation and on-lay bone augmentation were carried out in 6 patients,JGW was used as augmentation material together with autogenous bone or Bio-Oss.Results:In 6 patients 16 CDIC implants were inserted in 8 augmentation areas,with a success rate of 87.5%(14/16)after a follow up of 3.33-4.75 years.Conclusion:The use of JGW together with autogenous bone or Bio-Oss is feasible for bone augmentation surgery.
