摘要
目的:应用根管显微镜观察临床治疗的上颌第二磨牙的根管数目。方法:选择临床需要根管治疗的上颌第二磨牙200颗,根管显微镜下,配合使用超声器械,EDTA,小号K锉探查扩通根管,记录根管数目,机用镍钛锉预备根管,侧方+垂直加压充填根管。结果:200颗上颌第二磨牙中:单根管3颗(1.5%);双根管19颗(9.5%);三根管119颗(59.5%);四根管59颗(29.5%),其中颊侧近中第2根管(MB2)57颗(28.5%),腭侧双根管2颗(1%)。结论:上颌第二磨牙根管变异较大,应引起临床重视。应用根管显微镜,可显著提高根管定位的准确性和治疗的成功率。
Objective：To investigate the clinical root canal number of maxillary second molars using endodontic microscope.Methods：200 cases of maxillary second molar were examined by X-ray film,endodontic microscope,ultrasound technique,small K file and 17%EDTA during canal negotion,the root canal number was recorded.Canal obturation was performed by crown-down technique with Nickel-Titanium file during preparation of root canal system and lateral and vertical compaction techniques.Results：In all the 200 maxillary second molars：three teeth had only one root canal（1.5%）;19 teeth had two（9.5%）;119 teeth had three（59.5%）;59 teeth had four（29.5%）,57 of 59 teeth had second mesiobuccal canal（MB2）（28.5%）,two teeth had two palatal root canals（1%）.Conclusion：The root canals of maxillary second molars have some variations and attention should be paid in clinic.Using endodontic microscope can prominently improve the accuracy of root canal localization and increase the success rate of treatment.
