摘要
目的:验证应用去骨及膜引导植骨术对保留患牙治疗牙龈瘤的可行性和疗效。方法:选择牙龈瘤患者37例,不拔牙,切除牙龈瘤,去除被波及的牙槽骨及牙周膜,缺损区充填骨粉、覆盖引导性组织再生膜,用口腔黏膜滑行瓣覆盖创面、缝合创口,术后随访。结果:37例患者随访2年无一例复发,牙龈形态良好,牙周无退缩,牙齿无松动。结论:去骨及膜引导植骨术对保留患牙治疗牙龈瘤疗效肯定,理论可靠,安全可行。
Objective：To investigate the feasibility of an improved method in the treatment of epulis without extracting affected teeth.Methods：37 patients were treated in our department by excising tumor,removing affected alveolar bone and periodontal membrane,the bone defect was filled with harvested autologous clip bone and artificial bone meal and covered with absorbable guided tissue regeneration membrane,the wound surface were covered with sliding oral mucosal flap.All the patients were followed up for two years.Results：No epulis recurrence was found during follow-up periods,function of the affected teeth in all the 37 cases was retained,none was found with periodontal atrophy and tooth mobility.Conclusion：Bone removal combined with bone graft under guided tissue regeneration membrane is an effective,safe and reliable method in radical treatment of epulis with reserving involved teeth.
