摘要 微血管减压术(microvascular decompression,MVD)逐渐成为三叉神经痛(trigeminal neuralgia,TN)手术治疗的金标准。随着磁共振断层血管成像(magnetic resonance topographic angiography,MRTA)等术前检查的完善以及显微技术的提高,手术后疼痛的缓解率明显提高,
