富血供肝退变结节的多期强化CT表现

摘要肝退变结节（dysplastic nodule，DN）也称异型增生结节或发育不良结节，是目前公认的原发性肝细胞癌的癌前病变之一。Edmondson最早将在慢性肝损害，特别是肝硬化时肝细胞发生过度反应逐渐形成肿瘤样病灶称为肝腺瘤样增生（Adenomatous hyperplasia，AH）。
