心肌梗死后交感神经分布改变与室性心律失常 被引量：3

摘要 心肌组织中广泛分布着交感神经并受到其支配，交感神经在调节心率、心脏传导、心肌收缩和舒张方面发挥了重要作用。其支配具有明显的功能不对称性，刺激右侧交感神经兴奋窦房结使心率加快，并降低了室性心律失常的易感性；刺激左侧交感神经使血压上升、心室收缩加强，同时使心室颤动（室颤）阈值降低。
