摘要
以意大利蜜蜂为材料，把定期割雄蜂封盖的蜂群作为试验组，不割雄蜂封盖的蜂群作为对照组，定期测定各组蜂群的繁殖力及分蜂性等指标。结果表明：两组蜂群繁殖力及分蜂性，都差异不显著。
The experiments were conducted with Apis Mellifera Ligustica. The colonies were divided into two groups-trial group and control group. In the trial group, sealed drone cells were cut out. In the control group, sealed drone cell were not cut. The reproductive capacity and swarming were measured regularly. The result showed that there was no significant difference in the colony reproductive capacity and swarming between the two groups.
