摘要
我国有苋属植物１３种，籽粒苋是以籽实利用为主的一类苋植物种和品种的总称。籽粒苋具有营养丰富、产量高、抗逆性强和栽种季节限制小等特点，在林农复合经营中发挥着维持配置要素间物质、能量正常传递的功能，因此成为林农复合经营设计中的优良组成部分。随着开发利用深度和广度的拓展，籽粒苋将成为发展江西省畜牧业的重要资源植物，也将在以营养、保健和药物学为主的领域具有广阔的开发前景。
There are 13 species belonging to Amaranthus at present in China, and Grain amaranth is a general name of the plants with their seeds, which are of major utility. Grain amaranth is of good nutrition, high output, strong resistance against adversity and small limitation of planting season. It holds the unique position in the normal transition of substances and energy, being indispensable during Agro-foresty design. With the development of the deepth and broadness of its utilization, Grain amaranth will become an important resouce plant for the development of the husbandry in JiangXi Provience with promising cultivation propest in such field as nutrition, health cave and medicine.
