摘要
磁场对脲酶活性影响的试验结果表明:磁场处理20min磁效应最大,且场强205mT时产生最大正效应,比CK提高30.4%;场强800mT时负效应最大,比CK降低19.5%。磁场处理400mg/L的脲酶溶液,205mT时磁效应最大,比CK提高32.5%;处理800mg/L的溶液,170mT时磁效应最大,比CK提高26.5%。同一场强下,40℃较30℃和60℃脲酶活性提高的幅度要少的多。磁场处理脲酶溶液比处理酶粉和溶剂效果明显,100mT处理比CK提高8.1%,205mT比CK提高29.8%。
Experiment results of the effects of magnetic field on urease
activity showed as follows:The efficiency of the magnetic treatment of 20 minutes was the
biggest.205 mT producing the most positive efficiency made urease activity improved 30.4%
than CK.800 mT producing the most negative efficiency made the activity decreased 19.5%
than CK.The efficiency of 205 mT on 400 mg/L urease solution increased 32.5% than CK.170 mT
on 800 mg/L increased 26.5%.The magnetic efficiency of 40 was very littler than that of 30 and
60 in the same of magmetic field.The efficiency of magnetic on urease solution was more
effective than that of urease powder and solvent.100 mT and 205 mT increased 8.1% and 29.8%
than CK respectively.
