缺血修饰白蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平与糖尿病合并冠心病患者心功能的相关性 被引量:2

The correlation of ischemia modified albumin,microalbuminuria and heart function in diabetic patients with coronary artery disease

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、尿微量白蛋白(UMalb)水平与心功能的相关性及临床意义。方法测定60例糖尿病合并冠心病患者IMA与UMalb,分析其与心功能之者间的关系。结果 IMA、UMalb均随着心功能Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者级别的升高逐渐升高(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后各级IMA均下降(P<0.05);心功能Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者UMalb治疗后下降(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并冠心病患者IMA、UMalb水平与心功能具有相关性。 Objective To observe the relationship of serum ischemia modified albumina(IMA)and urine microalbumin(Malb)and cardiac function in diabetic patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Serum IMA and urine Malb were measured in 60 diabetic patients with CHD.The relationship between serum IMA and urine Malb and cardiac function were analyzed.Results Serum IMA and urine Malb were increased as cardiac function went down(P0.05).Compared to before,IMA levels were decreased after treatment in patients with all four grades of cardiac function(P0.05)and urine Malb levels were decreased after treatment in patients with grades of Ⅰ and Ⅱ of cardiac function(P0.05).Conclusion Serum IMA and urine Malb are closely correlated with cardiac function in diabetic patients with CHD.
