摘要
论述了如何应用SAS过程解决格里芬双列杂交育种法1的配合力计算问题，主要须用到transpose过程、merge语句及统计代换Z＝Y±X，并以实例示明具体计算法。此法具有国际普遍适用的价值。
This paper discusses how to compute combining ability of diallel-cross design of Griffing's breeding method I by using SAS programs. Transpose procedure, merge sentence and transformation z=y±x are applied. A numerical example is provided from data of a rice study. This method is commonly suitable for combining ability analysis in the world.
