摘要
比较橡胶树抗病与感病品种的叶片表皮细胞结构及其对病原菌侵染过程的作用。结果表明,具有组织抗病性的品系的叶片角质层较厚、生长快,叶片老化快,原生质体积小,较易发生黄斑性坏死反应,具有明显的限制病菌侵染、产孢、扩展的作用。
Leaf epidermal cell structures of Hevea clones resistant to powdery mildew and their effects on infecting process of the pathogen were observed through leaf section and compared with susceptible clones. It was found that the resistant clones had a better histological basis for resistance to Oidium heveae in that the leaves matured fast with thick and fast-growing cuticles and that the cytoplasm was small and prone to yellow-spot necrogenous reaction. All these resistant structures and functions can inhibit obviously infection, sporulation and spread of the pathogen.
