温度、昼夜变化及发育期对橡胶树叶片光诱导的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Temperaturer, Diurnal Changes and Developmenta Stages on Photosynthetic bouction in Leaves of Hevea brasiliensis

摘要 以橡胶幼苗叶片为材料,研究不同温度、昼夜变化及不同发育期对光诱导的效应,结果表明:在10~40℃的温度递增变化中,随着温度的上升,叶片光诱导迅变发生时间逐步提前,同时迅变持续时间相继缩短,与温度呈负相关。在昼夜24h内,叶片在白天有典型的光诱导现象发生,迅变阶段与缓变阶段十分明显,而在黑夜,虽有光诱导现象发生,但观察不到明显的迅变阶段。处于不同发育期的叶片,光诱导效应不同,成熟叶片的稳态光合速率最大,光诱导时间最长,发生迅变时间早,持续时间短.迅变阶段光合速率递增幅度最大。 Effects of temperatures, diumal changes and developmental stages on photosynthetic induction were studied in leaves of Hevea brasiliensis seedlings. The results showed that with a progressive increase in temperature frem 10℃ to 40℃, the time for rapid variance of photosynthetic induction of leaves went earlier step by step and the lasting time was shortened, tosynthetic induction of leaves went earier step by step and the lasting time was shortened, which was significantly negatively correlated to temperaures. The observation of periodic diurnal changes of Photosynthesis indicated that typical photosrothetic induction occurred during the day time with obvious stages of rapid variance and slow variance, whereas no obvious rapid variance was observed in night time although photosynthetic induction was also found in night time. Photosynthetic inducing effect of leaves varied with their developmental stages. Mature leaves demanded drimum steady photosynthetic rates and duration of induction with early occurrence and short lasting time of photosynthetic induction as well as maximum increment in photosynthetic rate during rapid variance.
