摘要
《林木采伐管理系统》是利用微机进行限额采伐指标和采伐办证管理，改善了限额采伐管理手段，提高了工作效率。文章就该系统的开发、具有的功能、组成模块功能和使用方法等方面进行介绍。系统经过１年来的使用，证明系统适用、可靠，能满足采伐办证的要求。
This article introduced the development,functions,compositional
modules and use methods of the system.Through its use for more than one year,the system was
proved to be adaptive and reliable and could meet the needs of the felling licence handling.
