The risk of clinical teaching cannot be neglected. Through understanding legal knowledge, integrating legal education in clinical medical practice, respecting the right of patient privacy and informed consent, enhancing management of medical papers, improving doctor patient communication skill, clinical medical practice could proceed orderly and safely.
