摘要
从商品林资产运营的内涵入手，对商品林资产运营的组织问题进行了探讨．商品林资产有效运营的关键在于：一要塑造合格的商品林资产运营主体；二要提高商品林商品化程度；三要制订森林资源资产管理办法；四要构建商品林资产运营谋划和控制体系——森林经理体系．最后探讨了当前商品林资产运营需要解决的几个问题．
After analysing the content of the operation of the assets of commercial forests,this paper considers that the keys to the effective operation lie in establishing a qualified enterprise,improving the degree of commercialization,formulating the management rules for the assets of forest resources and constructing the system of scheme and control the forest management system.Finally some questions which should be resolved at present are approached.
