摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校有效推进工学结合人才培养模式的最重要的形式,也是培养高技能人才的重要途径。本文分析了目前高职教育中生产实习的一些现状,结合我院服装营销与表演专业的校内实习基地的建设和运作,对校内顶岗实习教学改革创新和实践进行了探讨。
Workplacements intern is the most important form for vocational schools effective promotion of work-orientated learning talents cultivation and is also the important means for training highly skilled personnel. The paper analyzes the present situation of vocational education, combining the building and operation of our school＇s clothing marketing and acting department campus intern base. The teaching reform innovation and practice of campus workplacements intern are discussed in the paper.
